Buenas tardes!
Alright well I am going to be honest. A mission is definetly has its up and downs! This week was a hard one! Its a good thing I have Hermana Sutherland here to keep me going!
So our investigator Anna Banana (the one I mentioned last week) got kicked out and got put in a homeless shelter. :( Its been stressful because the homeless shelter doesnt allow visits. She hasnt been able to text us either, so we couldnt really do anything to help her out. We arent really sure if she has the desire to make this change in her life, so she is kind of up in the air right now! That would be awesome if you guys could keep her in your prayers.
Guess who is teaching the young women to do indexing!? Hermana Sutherland and I have been going around to the young women to teach them how to do indexing. Our ward has a goal to start working with family history! I am so grateful for my calling last summer that taught me how to do it. The Lord really does prepare his missionaries!
I dont think I have mentioned one of our investigators, se llama Berenice. Ella es de mexico y tiene 2 hijas! Ella es que dicimos como misioneros como un "Eternigator" :) (investigators that take forever and a day to make the commitment to be baptized) Ella tiene bastante preguntas tan buenas. Cada vez dejamos su casa, sentimos que ella realments es una escojida! There is your guys spanish for the week. Almost as good as Dads spanish. This past week was her daughters birthday so we went and heart attacked her porch! The next day she told us thank you, and that she had a surprise for us! I emailed her surprise to you guys! Its a vid!
Thanks for all the emails, advice, and talks! You guys are the best! Let me know if there are any prayers you stand in need of!
Con Amor,
Hermana Hubert
